1. Internship Position:

The intern will assume the role of a Merdeka Publications and will work under the guidance and supervision of designated mentors and supervisors at Merdeka Publications Company.


2. Duration:

The duration of the internship will be six months, subject to any adjustments made by mutual agreement.


3. Work Schedule:

The intern's work schedule will typically be 8 hours per day, Specific working hours and days will be agreed upon with the intern's supervisor.

4. Compensation:

This internship is unpaid. The intern will not be entitled to any salary, benefits, or financial compensation during the internship period. Merdeka Publications Certificate will be provided after the successful completion of the internship. 

5. Eligibility:

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the internship:

Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution, pursuing a relevant course of study.

Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.

Possess a strong interest in the research field and a desire to learn and grow as a research professional.


6. Internship Objectives:

The main objectives of the internship are to provide the intern with hands-on experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and report writing. The intern will also have the opportunity to work on real projects and contribute to the research efforts of the company.


7. Responsibilities:

The intern's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


Assisting in conducting research and data collection.

Analyzing research data and generating reports.

Collaborating with team members on various research projects.

Participating in team meetings and discussions.

Any other tasks deemed necessary for the intern's professional development.


8. Intellectual Property:

Any work, research, or intellectual property produced during the internship will be the sole property of Research Clerk Company. The intern agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use any proprietary information obtained during the internship without the explicit written consent of the company.


9. Confidentiality:

During the course of the internship, the intern may have access to confidential information related to Merdeka Publications operations, clients, or projects. The intern agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any such information to third parties.


10. Code of Conduct:

The intern is expected to adhere to the company's code of conduct and professional standards throughout the internship. This includes maintaining a respectful and collaborative work environment and complying with all company policies and procedures.


11. Termination:

The Merdeka Publications reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time, with or without cause. Similarly, the intern may terminate the internship by providing reasonable notice to the company.


12. Evaluation and Feedback:

The intern will receive periodic evaluations and feedback from their supervisor to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
